About the Staff

Thanks to the expertise of a highly qualified and motivated staff we at Buddies aim to create a multicultural educational environment that fosters learning in a natural and spontaneous way.

All of the teaching staff are qualified mother tongue whose skill and enthusiasm create a stimulating classroom environment.

Magda Eltahir, Principal

Born in Berlin, Germany, Magda has lived in Sudan, the United Arab Emirates and in the United States where she graduated in psychology at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia.

When she moved to Italy in 1990 she started teaching English in prestigious companies such as Fiat, Iveco, Magneti Marelli , Comau, ISVOR, in high schools and regional professional training courses.

She also gave private language lessons to children of pre-school age. Her preference for this latter activity and her background in psychology have led her to turn her attention to what she finds an exciting and stimulating world: the world of childhood.
